Eye Glasses

1- One year no fault on frames and lenses. We will replace or repair your broken glasses at no charge for one year from the date of purchase with the same frame or one of similiar value if it is discontinued. One time only for breakage. ( 6 months manufacturer on package frames and lenses) Warranty fee required.

2- 30 day price protection. If you find the exact same pair of glasses for less anywhere, just bring in a written and signed estimate and we will refund the difference. No questions asked.

3- 15 day exchange privilege. If you do not like the frame you picked out we will replace it for one of equal price. No refunds on lower priced frames. Higher priced frames will be charged the difference. There will be a small regrinding fee.

4- If you feel that the prescription is not correct we will re-examine you at no charge and fix the problem provided you purchased your eyewear from us. Valid within 3 months of your purchase. A charge of $30 will be applied if we have to rexamine you if you purchased your glasses elsewhere and the problem was not our fault.

5- All eyeglass adjustments are free for the life of your frame.

6- We are not responsible for patients own frame should it break while we are fixing or reusing for a new prescription.

7- ALL EYEGLASSES ARE CUSTOM MADE. NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY within 90 days.

INSURANCE PATIENTS;

These warranties 1,2,3 do not apply unless eyeglass insurance is purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS

Contact Lenses

1- 30 day warranty on contacts for rippage.

2- 30 day price protection on all contacts. Membership fee and shipping must be added into any other price.

3- 60 day refund policy for cost of lenses. Examination, fitting and consultation fees are not refundable. Lenses must be in good condition.

4- If you have a problem and purchased your lenses elsewhere there will be a $35.00 office visit fee to determine the problem. If you have a problem and you purchased your lenses from us we will fix it at no charge provided you return within 4 months of your original visit.

5- We will provide you with loaner contacts if we do not have them in stock.

6- We will dispense replacement contacts provided your exam is within 14 months.

7- Contact lens prescriptions expire in 1 year. No prescriptions are released over the phone. We will mail or fax them so that they are not mixed up.

8- WE CAN MAIL YOU REPLACEMENT CONTACTS.
