• Dr. Budner graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in the top ten. He scored the 4th highest grade in the country on the competency exam for the treatment of eye diseases. His residency included running the eye clinic at Andrews Air force base and at the Eye Surgery Center in Silver Spring. He completed an internship at the Learning Disabilities Clinic in Dallas, Texas. He is also the founding member of SPECTRUM eyecare the only Optometry/Ophthalmology network in the Metropolitan area. Dr. Budner moved here from New York with his wife. He has 2 wonderful children and lives in Maryland.

                                             Dr. Rohini Mehta O.D.

Dr. Rohini Mehta (B.S., O.D.) received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. She then completed her doctorate degree at the State University of New York in Manhattan. As an active member of VOSH (Volunteers for Optometric Service to Humanity) she volunteers her time and expertise in the U.S. and abroad. Most recently, she traveled to Nicaragua, where she provided free eye exams, glasses, and medicine to children and adults. Her professional areas of interest include contact lenses and ocular disease management. Dr. Mehta is a member of the American Optometric Association. In her spare time she enjoys live music, baking, and traveling.
